HOW TO USE:
- Use the lip pencil to outline your lips along the edges.
- Fill in with your favorite gloss or lip colour.
- Our lip pencils can also be used to fill the whole lip leaving a matte finish.
- For precise application sharpen the pencil before use with a standard size pencil sharpener.
Our lip liners are a pigmented matte finish formula, made for long wear. 100% animal cruelty free, made with vegan waxes.
